5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the link that you enter into the Meewer search box and for the use that you make of the videos that you download. Meewer is not responsible for the content of any TikTok videos that you download. You agree that you will not use Meewer to download any TikTok videos that you do not have the right to download. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meewer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Meewer, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
6. Meewer's Role
Meewer does not store or host any TikTok videos. Meewer simply provides a link to the TikTok video that you want to download. The TikTok video is still hosted on TikTok's servers. Meewer does not claim any ownership of the TikTok videos that you download using Meewer. You agree that Meewer is not responsible for the content of any TikTok videos that you download.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Meewer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Meewer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Meewer does not warrant that Meewer will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved.
